absolutely not impressed. late check-in, and no code for my key, how delightful. also, the TV was as useful as a brick—I couldn’t even change the channel! If only I received a complimentary upgrade like I deserved, I might’ve almost given a good review, but just couldn’t. Will not be returning, ever.
